Any item can be ordered in Teacup or Extra-Small to fit your cat. Please let us know if you’d like your kitty’s collar to be made with a break-away buckle.

How do I care for my swankypet.net items?

Caring for your SwankyPet items is easy. We recommend hand washing each item in cold water with a mild detergent and hanging or lying flat to dry.

How are swankypet.net items constructed?

All items are made with top-quality materials to create an excellent quality collar, harness or lead for your best friend. All items are constructed with four layers of fabric and are lined with lightweight nylon webbing for structure and durability. All hardware is top quality: contoured zinc die cast side release buckles, durable slip lock buckles, cast D-rings and heavy nickel plate swivel snap hooks. Don't worry if your pet has a nylon allergy - I will be happy to construct your items with heavy-duty interfacing instead of nylon webbing. If you prefer a more lightweight collar or harness, your item can be made with a top-quality contoured acetal side-release buckle instead.

Of course, despite our best efforts swankypet.net items aren't "chew-proof" and are not strength-tested for fitness for a particular purpose.
Please use discretion in determining suitability when selecting products.

All collars, harnesses, and leads should be inspected for wear or damage regularly.

Quality guarantee

Not only will swankypet.net collars, harnesses and leads make your pup the envy of the bark park, items are so well-made, we guarantee the construction and workmanship for the life of the product. If you encounter an issue with the construction or workmanship, we will be happy to repair or replace your swankypet.net item for the life of the item. Unfortunately, we can not replace items that have been damaged by improper use.

What is your shipping policy?

Items are shipped via USPS First class mail. swankypet.net charges $1.75 for each item within the US, which includes delivery confirmation. Orders totaling $100 and over qualify for USPS Priority Mail. If you would like your order shipped using another method, please email your request.

Customers outside of the United States should e-mail
inquiries@swankypet.net to determine international shipping rates.

How soon can I expect my order?

All orders are filled within 7-10 days. If there is an unexpected delay in shipping, you will receive email notification.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Refunds:

Collars, Leashes & Leads:
We want you to love your swankypet.net items as much as we love making them. Therefore, you may return any items within 10 calendar days of delivery for a refund due to quality defect or workmanship issues. Our items are hand-made to your specifications, so items returned without quality defects or workmanship issues will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Swanky Toys:
Returns or exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receipt due to quality defects. Before returning your toy, please e-mail
customerservice@swankypet.net. Returned items without quality defects will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, we are not able to refund shipping fees.
 
Gourmet Treats:
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of gourmet treats

Exchanges:

Collars, Leashes & Leads:
Each and every order is a custom order -- items are hand-made to the specifications you indicate upon placing your order. Therefore, if you make an error in ordering (i.e.: wrong item, size or print), you may only request an exchange for items within 10 calendar days of delivery. Items exchanged will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus shipping for the items exchanged.  Please measure your pet carefully and consult our size charts for an accurate fit!

Before you can return an item for refund or exchange, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization by sending an e-mail to
customerservice@swankypet.net. Merchandise must be returned in "as-new" condition with original receipt and all tags intact. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase after the items are received by swankyet.net. All returned merchandise must be sent with delivery confirmation or tracking information.

All returns must be accompanied by an e-mail notification to
customerservice@swankypet.net detailing shipment tracking information. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for items returned without prior authorization.

We are happy to consider any special requests and will do our best to create custom items for your pet. Please email any special request to

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are available in any amount specified and will be mailed USPS first class mail to your recipient.
